Terms of Business

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QalamIDE ("the Service"), provided by Scalovate Systems Solutions ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Business. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

QalamIDE is an AI-native integrated development environment available as a desktop application for Windows, macOS, and Linux. The Service includes AI-powered code assistance, project generation, debugging tools, multilingual support (Arabic, English, Urdu, Farsi), and related features. The desktop application is free to download and use.

3. Subscription Plans

QalamIDE offers multiple subscription tiers for AI feature access:

• Community (Free): Core IDE features with limited AI access using standard models and capped monthly tokens.
• Architect ($30/month or $350/year): Full access to top AI models with higher token limits.
• Enterprise (Custom): Private software license with your own AI models via vLLM. Professional services charged separately.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. A valid account is required to download QalamIDE and access AI features.

5. Intellectual Property

Code you create using QalamIDE belongs to you. The Service itself, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Scalovate Systems Solutions. AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is without any claim of ownership by the Company.

6. Enterprise License

Enterprise tier customers receive a perpetual license for the agreed number of seats. Annual support and update fees are separate from the license purchase. Enterprise deployments include on-premise vLLM infrastructure integration. Professional Services for complete infrastructure build are charged separately.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scalovate Systems Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
