• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improve AI model quality and relevance
• Send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts)
• Provide customer support

3. Code Privacy

Your source code is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Code snippets sent to AI models for assistance are not stored beyond the session unless you explicitly enable code context features. Enterprise tier customers with on-premise vLLM deployments keep all data within their own infrastructure.

4. Data Storage

User data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is managed through Firebase. Payment processing is handled by SkipCash with PCI DSS compliance.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• SkipCash (payment processing)
• LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq — for AI features)
• Vector database (for AI context retrieval)

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data at any time from your account settings.
